About the Role

This Clinical Director role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced vet or an ambitious leader to step into a high-impact position. You'll take the reins on clinical performance, business development, and team wellbeing across a well-established small animal practice. You'll lead by example, shape team culture, and ensure clinical excellence and client satisfaction remain at the heart of operations.



Support will be provided across both clinical and management development, and if you're pursuing or hold a certificate in a relevant field, your growth will be fully backed.

About the Practice

With over 20 years of trusted service, this purpose-built practice features state-of-the-art equipment including new ultrasound, digital X-ray, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, in-house lab, dental suite with dental X-ray, and dual theatres. The team prioritises cat and dog stress reduction, holding Silver ISFM Cat Friendly status and Dog Friendly Clinic status from Dog's Trust.
