The Clinical Director will lead clinical standards, team development, and strategic growth. You'll collaborate closely with the practice manager and enjoy the autonomy to influence clinical and operational direction in a stable, independent-minded practice environment.
About the Practice
Operating from two sites in Staffordshire, this progressive and well-equipped practice boasts advanced tools including digital X-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy (large & small), electrocautery, cryotherapy, slit lamp, tono pens, orthopaedic air-powered tools, and more. Services offered include routine care, advanced soft tissue surgery, orthopaedics, laparoscopic procedures, ophthalmology, dermatology, cancer treatment, and cardiology support.
You'll join a passionate, tight-knit team known for their clinical excellence, long-standing service, and commitment to mentoring and professional development.
Location, Location, Location
Situated in the heart of Tamworth and Atherstone, the practices are ideally placed for access to Birmingham, the Midlands motorway network, and surrounding countryside. The area offers affordable living, great schools, and plenty of green space--perfect for professionals and families alike.
