Are you a confident and experienced nurse ready to take on a leadership role? At Mansion House Care Home, part of Roche Health Care, we're looking for a Clinical Leads to guide our nursing team and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents.

About the Role:

As Clinical Lead, you will take on greater responsibilities, overseeing the nursing team and supporting the Home Manager in delivering safe, effective and person- centred care. You will be a strong presence on the floor, mentoring staff, managing clinical operations, and ensuring compliance with best practices.

What We're Looking For:

NMC Registered Nurse NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent senior experience) Previous Care Home experience is essential Preferably with Managerial experience or a strong leadership background Skilled in general nursing, catheter care and syringe driver use. Confident in running shifts, mentoring staff, and managing clinical duties Excellent time management and communication skills A strong candidate with leadership presence and clinical expertise
