We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

Lead and manage nursing staff, providing guidance and support in delivering exceptional patient care. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, utilising your knowledge of anatomy to inform care plans. Administer medications accurately and safely, adhering to established protocols and guidelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans for patients. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal health outcomes. Facilitate training and development opportunities for nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for both patients and staff. Engage with patients and their families, providing education and support throughout their care journey.

Experience

Proven experience in a clinical nursing role, with a strong background in patient care. In-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to nursing practice. Demonstrated proficiency in medication administration, with an understanding of pharmacology principles. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Strong leadership qualities, with experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff being advantageous.
