Clinical Lead
to oversee the clinical operations of our care facility. The ideal candidate will hold a validNMC registration
and have strong leadership and clinical skills.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the clinical team, ensuring high standards of care. Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory and professional standards. Support staff development and training. Ensure residents receive safe, effective, and person-centered care. Collaborate with management to implement care strategies and improvements.
Requirements:
NMC registered nurse with relevant clinical experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Commitment to maintaining high-quality patient care.
