About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Clinical Lead
to join our care team. This is a rewarding opportunity to take on a senior leadership position, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care while supporting and guiding the nursing team.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver safe, person-centred care. Provide clinical expertise, guidance, and support to nursing and care staff. Monitor and improve standards of care through effective clinical governance. Oversee medication management and ensure compliance with NMC standards. Work closely with residents, families, and external professionals to maintain excellent care outcomes. Assist the Home Manager in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Valid
NMC Pin
and Registered Nurse qualification. Proven experience in a senior nursing role (Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, or similar). Strong clinical knowledge with leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Passionate about delivering exceptional care and driving best practices.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
