About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Clinical Lead

to join our team at a well-established nursing home in the DL4 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse looking to step into a leadership role or an existing Clinical Lead seeking a new challenge in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver outstanding care Ensure all care provided is in line with NMC guidelines and CQC standards Conduct clinical audits and support the implementation of care plans Provide mentorship and training to nursing and care staff Act as a key point of contact for residents, families, and external professionals Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with regulations

Requirements:

NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) Proven experience working in a nursing home environment Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of care compliance Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Passionate about delivering person-centred, high-quality care
