We are seeking a dedicated
Clinical Lead
to join our team atEliza Palmer Care Home
. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse to take on a leadership role in a supportive and dynamic care environment.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage clinical operations within the nursing home. Ensure high standards of care are consistently delivered to residents. Mentor and support nursing staff in professional development. Maintain compliance with NMC standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with management to implement best practices in care delivery.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Clinical Lead in a nursing home setting. Registered with the
NMC
with relevant post-registration experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Passion for delivering high-quality care and improving resident outcomes.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 48,000.00 per year
