Club Manager

to lead our team, grow our membership, and ensure the smooth daily operation of the club.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of personal trainers, fitness staff, and customer service personnel. Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere for both staff and members.

Operations:

Oversee the daily operations of the gym, ensuring all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and meet health and safety standards. Implement and maintain club policies and procedures.

Membership Sales & Growth:

Develop and execute strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones. Drive membership sales through community outreach, promotions, and social media marketing.

Customer Service:

Ensure an exceptional member experience by addressing member queries, concerns, and feedback efficiently. Engage with the community to create a welcoming environment for all members.

Financial Management:

Monitor membership sales, retention, and club performance metrics to meet growth goals.
Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in gym or fitness management, or a similar customer-focused leadership role. Strong knowledge of fitness industry trends and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals. Sales experience with a track record of hitting targets and growing memberships. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Fitness qualifications (desirable but not essential).
