This stylish hotel is off the M65, ideally located on the border of Hyndburn and Blackburn located within the Frontier Retail Park. Local attractions such as Blackburn's historic cathedral, the Blackburn Museum & Art Gallery, King George's Hall, and Blackburn Empire Theatre are only a 10-minute drive away.




The hotel encompasses 150 bedrooms and has substantial parking available for big group bookings. You'll thrive in this role if you:



Have a hands-on, solutions-driven leader with a strong technical understanding of property maintenance and hotel operations. Experience working in a multi-site or cluster hotel role, ideally within a branded or franchised environment. High levels of organisation, autonomy, and initiative; thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Naturally collaborative, able to build strong working relationships with hotel leadership teams, contractors, and external partners. A confident communicator, capable of leading conversations with directors and senior stakeholders during site inspections and asset reviews. Clear and practical understanding of statutory compliance, fire life safety regulations, and industry standards. Committed to continuous improvement and development - both personally and for the team. Cluster Property Manager

, you'll play a key role in shaping that experience across multiple hotels, ensuring every space functions at its best while nurturing and developing the people who care for it.


This is a hands-on leadership role where your technical know-how meets your passion for people. You'll lead and support on-site Maintenance teams, oversee planned and reactive maintenance, and work closely with General Managers and the Group Projects Manager to deliver consistently high standards across all sites.


You'll thrive on variety, balancing your time between properties, solving problems with agility, and driving compliance, sustainability, and performance.

Example key responsibilities:




Leadership & Team Development

Lead and inspire a small team through 1:1s, check-ins, and performance reviews Identify training needs and provide on-the-job coaching and mentoring Champion succession planning and team growth within the property function Oversee effective rota planning, absence management, and HR system tasks
Operations & Maintenance

Take a proactive role in day-to-day and strategic maintenance across your cluster Manage all planned and reactive works, ensuring guest and team impact is minimised Ensure compliance with H&S, statutory testing, fire safety, and internal audits Maintain key systems: HVAC, plumbing, plant rooms, water, and electrical Deliver preventative maintenance and support emergency response when needed
Compliance & Contractor Management

Own compliance systems and lead hotel inspections and asset reviews Be the main point of contact for external contractors--ensuring high standards and safety compliance Oversee permits, policies, and access for all on-site work Train hotel teams on safety and compliance protocols Represent the hotel confidently during audits and reviews
