Seraph Property Management are specialists in residential and block management as well as many aspects of domestic and commercial property maintenance. Part of The Seraph Group with over 60 employees across various departments, we are an Investors in People accredited organisation. We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team.

The role is based in Cardiff

with the potential of 1 day working from home if desired.

The Role - Property Manager:

Be the initial point of contact for all property management day-to-day issues on the property management help desk Liaising with landlords on maintenance items or other issues relating to their property. Liaising with our in-house maintenance team and external contractors on maintenance tasks to obtain quotes, organise work and coordinate access. Dealing with utility suppliers for new tenants and ongoing bills. Carry out property inspections and inventories where required in line with the current legislation of health and safety.

Pay: 26,369.00-27,369.00 per year
