Visage Dental Laboratory is one of the UK's leading dental labs -- known for our precision, innovation, and craftsmanship. Based in the heart of Glasgow, we're a small, skilled, and close-knit team passionate about creating world-class dental restorations through cutting-edge Dental Technology.

We're looking for a

CNC & 3D Printing Technician

to join our growing digital department. If you have a passion for technology, love working with your hands, and take pride in producing exceptional quality work, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

Operating, maintaining, and calibrating our

5-axis CNC milling machines

and

3D printers

. Preparing and scanning dental models into our

CAD/CAM dental design software

. Monitoring machine performance, troubleshooting issues, and keeping workflows efficient. Collaborating closely with our talented technicians and designers to ensure precision and consistency in every case. Keeping our digital production area running smoothly and to the highest standards.

What we're looking for:

Experience working with

CNC milling machines

(5-axis preferred) and

3D printing systems

. Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and quality. A methodical, organised approach to work -- with confidence using computers and digital tools. A team player who enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in their craft. Previous dental lab experience is a plus, but not essential -- we can teach you the dental side if you bring the technical skill and enthusiasm.
