Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce precision components. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Set up and operate CNC lathes according to specifications and engineering drawings. Interpret technical drawings and CAD models to ensure accurate machining of parts. Ensure components meet quality standards and tolerances Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and resolve any issues that arise during machining. Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Skills

Proven experience operating CNC lathes in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Familiarity with Fanuc or similar CNC controls Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team
