We are looking for a CNC Operator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce parts and gauges.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and troubleshooting CNC machines, as well as knowledge of machine safety protocols.

The CNC Operator must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision, while ensuring accuracy and quality of the finished product.

Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines to produce components and parts for internal and external customers Set up and adjust CNC machines to ensure accuracy and quality of the finished product. Follow safety procedures at all times, a lot of work will be off machine, deburring, crane / manual handling. Understand and interpret drawings, and specifications. Monitor the machine's performance and make necessary adjustments to machine and tooling. Troubleshoot any issues that arise with the machine.
Work closely with internal customers and Production Engineering?

Essential experience:

Reading and using Engineering Drawings, [1st and 3rd Angle Projection.]

Use of precision measuring equipment and gauges to achieve optimum component accuracy.

Desirable experience:

Experience of operating using FANUC controls.

2+ years' experience in operating a CNC Lathe.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.25-14.90 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
