As we enter an exciting phase of strategic growth, we're expanding our production facility and looking for

skilled and reliable operatives

to join our team across several key areas -- from CNC machining to vinyl pressing and cabinet assembly.

Available Roles

We are recruiting for several positions within our manufacturing team:

CNC & Machine Operators

- operating woodworking and CNC machinery for precision cutting and shaping.

Vinyl Press Line Operators

- handling vinyl pressing equipment and finishing operations.

Cabinet Technicians

- assembling, fitting, and finishing bespoke furniture components.

Hands-on experience in a fast-paced production or woodworking environment is beneficial, but not essential.

Ideal candidates will:

Demonstrate reliability, great attendance, and punctuality. Show strong attention to detail and pride in their work. Be conscientious, responsible, and eager to learn new skills. Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. Follow health & safety and quality standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently. Assemble furniture components using hand and power tools. Maintain excellent housekeeping and organisation in your work area. Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold quality standards. Support colleagues to meet production goals and deadlines.

Working Hours & Benefits

Shift Options:

Monday - Friday:

6:00am - 2:00pm

Monday - Thursday:

2:00pm - 12:00am

(4-day working week*)

Pay:

12.23 - 13.22 per hour (depending on experience)

Shift Allowance:

Weekly allowance for PM shift

Contract:

Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.23-13.22 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week
