Job Title: CNC Operator Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts, ensuring precision and efficiency in production processes. Duties: - Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, milling, etc. - Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings to understand specifications. - Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues. - Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment. - Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes. Skills: - Proficiency in materials handling and knowledge of various materials. - Ability to fabricate, mill, assemble, and weld components accurately. - Strong understanding of basic mathematics for measurements and calculations. - Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot machine problems. - Familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks for design purposes. - Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
