We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be proficient in operating CNC machinery. This role is crucial in ensuring the precision and quality of our products through effective machining techniques. The successful applicant will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the fabrication and assembly of components for various applications.

Duties

Operate CNC milling machines and lathes to produce high-quality components. Interpret technical drawings and CAD files to ensure accurate machining. Assemble and fabricate parts according to specifications, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and tooling to ensure optimal performance. Utilise hand tools for assembly and adjustments as needed. Conduct inspections of finished products using basic maths skills to verify dimensions and tolerances. Collaborate with team members in a warehouse setting to streamline production processes. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the machining process and make necessary adjustments.

Experience

Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand tooling and fabrication processes. Familiar with Fanuc would be preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
