Fit Out UK is a leading provider of high-quality retail interior fit-out and refurbishment services. Based in our modern workshop in North West London (NW10), we are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic team to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Job Role

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to operate and maintain our CNC machinery, ensuring precision and quality in the production of components for our fit-out projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment. Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines. Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflows. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a CNC Operator in a manufacturing or workshop environment. Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and understanding technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a proactive attitude. Eligibility to work in the UK.
