Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process. This role requires a strong understanding of fabrication techniques and mechanical knowledge, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Machinery Involved

x3 Pierce-all (x1, pegasus. x1, CNC 7000. x1 Pulsa machine). all machines fitted with Applican Software.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines, including setting up and adjusting tooling as necessary. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce parts accurately. Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. Perform quality checks on finished products using measuring tools and equipment. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist in the assembly of components as required.

Skills

Proficient in fabrication techniques is advantageous but not necessary, including welding and grinding. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in operating hand tools and machinery is advantageous but not necessary. Familiarity with sheet metal work and tooling processes. Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills. Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
