Overview

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Coffee Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy outlet. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for coffee and customer service, along with strong leadership skills to manage a diverse team. We are a Specialist Coffee Shop , if you think Costa Coffee is the 'bees Knees' then this role probably isn't for you. This role requires an individual who can maintain high standards of food safety and quality while creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Duties

Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality customer experiences. Supervise and train staff in coffee preparation, food production, and customer service techniques. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Implement health and safety regulations to ensure compliance with food safety standards. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers for quality ingredients. Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise in a professional manner. Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures.

Skills

Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management within a, coffee shop, cafe or restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation and production processes, including kitchen operations. Familiarity with coffee is essential. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff alike. Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for coffee culture and an eagerness to share knowledge with both staff and customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,500.00-35,000.00 per year
