We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coffee Shop Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our coffee shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant industry, with exceptional leadership and team management skills. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising daily operations, maintaining high standards of food safety, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring efficient service and high-quality products. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment while promoting professional development. Supervise food production and preparation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability of all products. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, providing excellent service at all times. Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with food safety standards. Collaborate with suppliers to source quality ingredients for our menu offerings.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a restaurant or cafe environment, in a managerial role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of food production processes and culinary techniques is advantageous. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required. Previous experience in bartending is considered a plus but not essential.

Pay: 15.00 per hour
