We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Multi Site Coffee Shop Manager to lead our vibrant team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a busy coffee shop environment, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or barista roles is highly desirable, along with supervising and team management expertise. The role will oversee 2 locations only within walking distance.
Duties
Oversee daily coffee shop operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Supervise staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen personnel, fostering a positive team environment
Manage food and ensure adherence to food safety standards
Lead the training of new staff in culinary techniques, service protocols, and safety procedures
Maintain high standards of hospitality by delivering excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly
Monitor inventory and stock levels and place orders for supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all areas of the establishment
Organise staff rotas and manage labour costs effectively
Promote a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business
Qualifications
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards
Experience in food production, kitchen operations, or culinary roles such as barista experience is advantageous
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour to foster positive customer relations
Previous experience in managing teams within hospitality or similar sectors is preferred
A recognised qualification in hospitality management or culinary arts would be beneficial
