We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Coffee Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant coffee shop. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in hospitality, with a keen focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a blend of team management and a commitment to food safety standards to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for our customers
Responsibilities
Open and close the shop
Handle rota and organise requests for time off.
Order inventory (coffee, milk, cakes, cups, cleaning supplies).
Track stock levels and reduce waste.
Ensure equipment is functioning and arrange repairs when needed.
Handle customer complaints or special requests.

Maintain service standards and overall shop vibe.
Coach staff on drink quality, speed, and customer service.
Administration
Manage weekly or daily sales targets.
Manage cash handling
Cleanliness & Safety
Enforce food safety and hygiene standards.

Keep the shop compliant with health and safety regulations.
Plan seasonal promotions.
Communicate with companies regarding new items to promote.
Maintain social media or community presence
Requirements
Experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant sector is ideal.
Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking; barista experience is highly desirable.
Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is crucial for maintaining high standards in food production.
Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and hospitality.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.50-15.00 per hour
