Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Coffee Shop Manager to join our team working at Finchley Memorial Hospital.


You will be working as part of a fantastic team, leading the team from the front and overseeing the operation. The successful candidate will have people management experience and have experience in a similar position.


This is a permanent role working different shifts to include weekdays and weekends.

A day in the life of a Coffee Shop Manager

Manage daily operations of the coffee shop using Aramark systems to meet sales targets and maintain gross profit percentage Monitor financial performance to ensure the site stays on track with business goals Lead a team of 7 staff, overseeing rotas, holiday planning, and professional conduct Foster team development by encouraging growth and maintaining high standards Ensure excellent customer service by engaging with hospital staff, patients, and visitors Build relationships with regular users of the facility to enhance customer experience. Understand hospital clinic schedules to align coffee shop operations with peak time Adapt services to meet the needs of both hospital staff and patients effectively

You'll be set up for success if you have:

Experience operating as a generalist HR professional with skills in ER, L&D, TA, TUPE and Change Management CIPD qualified L5 is highly desirable Experience of managing senior stakeholders at a national level in large, complex operational area Competent collating, manipulating and presenting data Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain cross functional stakeholder relationships
