We are looking for an engaging and enthusiast coffee shop manager to run our coffee shop. We are looking for someone who will have a drive to develop and inspire your team. Someone who will be a dedicated manager who is driven by success. Also someone who will have a passion for championing great coffee and delivering outstanding customer service skills.

Job responsibilities

Be responsible for shifts and the team ensuring company standards are met and kept by everyone Be part of a fast moving, high energy team supporting each other on every shift Deliver perfect products to your customers, day in, day out Organize stock and equipment, order supplies and oversee house rules, cleanliness, and security Plan and work to budgets and maximize profits Recruit new staff, and train and develop existing staff Coordinate staff scheduling and rota Maintain safe working conditions Ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the coffee shop complies with health and safety regulations Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained, and handle customer complaints and queries Implement and instil in your team company policies, procedures and ethics Working closely with management to meet revenue objectives Implementing appropriate strategies to match current trends and improve sales Work with kitchen team with regards to planning menus Be aware of fluctuating prices within the sector and be forward thinking to source prodcuts or adapt the menu to suit availability of produce Following all company policy and procedures regarding dealing with cash, equipment and property Auditing inventory levels to ensure product availability, and ordering products as necessary
