Responsibilities

Supervise daily coffee shop operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service Lead and motivate staff, and providing training where necessary Manage stock levels, order supplies, and ensure proper food safety procedures are followed Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and customer areas Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to guarantee high customer satisfaction Organise staff rotas, monitor performance, and support team development initiatives Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the premises in accordance with hygiene standards Implement promotional activities to increase sales and enhance the shop's reputation

Qualifications

Must have proven experience in managing within a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong background in food production, cooking, and food safety protocols Previous experience as a barista or in cafe management is essential Excellent leadership skills Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling Experience in hospitality is essential Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure Friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
