Overview:

This position is to be part of a new shop opening. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shop Manager to join our team. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our new shop, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high standards of customer service. This is a full-time position in the hospitality industry.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the shop, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and scheduling staff
- Supervise and train shop employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Oversee food production processes to ensure quality and consistency
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee schedules

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (hotel, restaurant, or culinary)
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proven experience in supervising and leading a team
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and vendors
- Proficient in computer systems for inventory management and sales tracking
