We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Coffee Shop Manager to lead our vibrant team and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. Duties

Manage daily shop operations, including opening and closing procedures Supervise staff, including baristas, kitchen assistants, and serving personnel Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards Coordinate food production processes to maintain efficiency and quality Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the shop area, including kitchen and customer zones Monitor stock levels and place orders to ensure availability of ingredients and supplies Train new staff members in service standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally Implement promotional activities to enhance customer engagement and sales Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and food hygiene standards

Skills

Proven supervising experience within a hospitality or cafe environment Strong team management capabilities with excellent leadership qualities Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices Experience in restaurant or hotel settings is highly desirable Skilled in barista techniques and coffee brewing methods Ability to oversee food production processes efficiently Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure Strong communication skills to motivate staff and interact with customers effectively Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices in service delivery Demonstrated ability to lead a team with professionalism and enthusiasm
