We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coffee Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our vibrant coffee shop at Ori Caffe. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our customers.
Duties
Supervise and coordinate the activities of coffee shop staff to ensure smooth operations.
Train new employees on food safety practices, customer service protocols, and operational procedures.
Assist in food production and preparation, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
Manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock of supplies.
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the coffee shop, including adherence to health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and cooperation.
Skills
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
Proven experience in supervising staff within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Background in culinary arts or food production is advantageous.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Experience in bartending or beverage preparation is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
