Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Cafe Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and support our team in delivering high-quality food and beverages. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with great organizational and communication skills, capable of managing staff and maintaining a positive cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Train and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service. Monthly rotas Ensure a welcoming and friendly environment for customers. Maintain company standards for food and drinks to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and till reconciliations.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a cafe supervisor or in a similar hospitality role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
