MWH Treatment is looking to strengthen their Commercial team with a Commercial Assistant for our ESD Framework. Based at the office in Stepps you\'ll be accountable for the commercial and cost management of a project or programme of projects from inception to close out.

With an ever- demanding customer base and regulatory body to satisfy, it is vital we control costs, maximise value, minimise future liabilities and maintain the required standard of quality and safety on a consistent basis.

Within this role, you\'ll be working as part of an integrated delivery team providing commercial challenge and recommending actions to achieve and create an environment of our performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist the Commercial Manager in monitoring and tracking Tier 1 and Tier 2 contracts and final accounts through Docusign and the tracker tool
  • Work with the delivery teams to provide timely information and supporting documentation
  • Support the coordination and communication of the period reporting cycle ensuring compliance with the reporting life cycle
  • Assist the Quantity Surveyor in ensuring all efficiencies are reflected in the reporting tools provided, to the Client\'s timeline
  • Champion commercial awareness across the whole organisation ensuring contractual arrangements are understood and everyone is aware how they can contribute
  • Collaborate across the organisation to provide key information amongst teams so commercial data flows as intended to support projects
  • Ensure accurate records are kept and maintained so financial information for audits and cost assurance is readily available.
