Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance and performance of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. The role involves ensuring all properties are well-maintained, fully compliant and operating efficiently while maximizing occupancy and rental income.

The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between tenants, contractors and stakeholders - handling communications, resolving issues and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance works, conducting property inspections whilst ensuring all repairs, improvement projects and refurbishments are completed on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Responsibilities:



Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, enhancing value and developing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income. Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of commercial estates. Oversee property health through proactive and reactive maintenance. Coordinate and conduct viewings and applications. Schedule and conduct regular meter readings for utilities (water, gas, electricity). Serve as the main point of contact for tenants and address concerns promptly. Source, evaluate, and obtain quotes from contractors for repairs, maintenance, and improvement works. Coordinate with contractors to schedule and supervise works, ensuring quality standards and timely completion. Acknowledge and manage complaints ensuring they are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Carry out regular and thorough property inspections, ensuring necessary works are carried out and completed quickly and to standard.

Skills:



Excellent communication and customer service skills. Clear verbal and written communication with tenants, contractors, and staff. Well organised with the ability to maintain accurate records, schedules, and documentation. Strong time management and prioritisation of multiple properties and tasks. Confident problem-solving & Decision making Strong attention to detail Ability to plan, coordinate, and supervise property works effectively. Comfortable using property management software and systems (Re-Leased / Asana)

Pay: From 32,000.00 per year
