We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to work closely with our Commercial Director as part of The Redbrik Group, helping us achieve team targets and deliver exceptional service.
About the Role
You will play a key role at the forefront of our business--supporting our clients, representing the Commercial brand, and ensuring smooth and successful property transactions. This role involves a blend of negotiation, sales progression, and property management responsibilities, requiring excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities Negotiation & Client Service
Act as a first point of contact, handling inbound calls, enquiries, and booking viewings and valuations.
Obtain and relay viewing feedback to clients in a timely and professional manner.
Manage a portfolio of properties, using effective marketing tools to generate viewings, offers, and lettings applications.
Negotiate offers through to successful agreed sales or lets, using a clear and persuasive communication style.
Identify and generate further business opportunities, including conveyancing, mortgage referrals, survey leads, and affiliated products.
Sales Progression
Liaise with solicitors, clients, surveyors, and other parties to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
Use your experience to problem-solve and maintain progress throughout the sales process.
Build strong relationships with local legal and surveying professionals to support successful completions.
Property Management
Manage client accounts, process incoming payments, and handle payments to landlords.
Monitor and chase rent arrears promptly.
Maintain accurate records of tenancy renewals and rent reviews.
Prepare and issue tenant and landlord notices in line with current legislation.
Ensure all managed properties meet legal compliance requirements, including up-to-date safety certificates.
