Full Time (Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm)

Salary: From

25,000 - 30,000 Per Annum, depending on experience

Conditions:

Full Clean UK Driving licence required

Justice & Co Property Management Limited are recruiting for a Property Manager to provide assistance, administration and property management support based at their offices in Goring Road, Worthing. To oversee the running of the practices various commercial & residential property management clients on a day to day basis, overseeing contractors, carrying out inspections and ensuring a high level of customer care is provided to the companies ever growing client base. Justice & Co are a family run Commercial Estate Agency business covering the whole of Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity to assist in the rapid growth of the Property Management department whilst also developing your own career. We are ideally looking for someone with property management experience, ideally within the commercial sector, although residential experience will be considered. You must have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a tight-knit team, and good working knowledge of Office 365.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

Providing support to the Property Management Director and in their absence reading incoming post, checking emails, and voicemails. Deal with enquiries wherever possible, if query cannot be resolved send a holding message. "Helpdesk" function receiving calls of building problems from tenants. Resolve by instruction of contractors in liaison with Property Manager. On instruction, issue Work Orders to contractors and monitor completion of necessary works All health & safety administration and records to be managed efficiently by assisting the Health & Safety Coordinator with our database by uploading documentation, updating task diary and checking for any outstanding tasks every month for the Property Manager. Liaise with utility companies if there are any queries to ensure that queries are dealt with and resolved with successful outcome. Maintain "Notes" on company CRM for contractors etc. ensuring contractor details are up to date. Maintain and update spreadsheets as necessary to ensure information is kept up to date. General office based administration duties. Arranging and taking minutes at Client meetings and typing them for Property Management Director to approve. Arranging and carrying out Property Inspections Providing cover for the companies Commercial Sales & Lettings department (as and when required)
