Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of assigned commercial properties, ensuring regulatory compliance and high maintenance standards.
Conduct regular
on-site property inspections
, including collection of
sub-meter readings
to calculate utility usage for billing by the accounts department.
Act as a
debt recovery representative
, engaging directly with tenants to resolve overdue payments and ensure timely collections.
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants; respond to inquiries, complaints, and maintenance issues promptly.
Oversee and coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and tenant relationships, including identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.
Liaise with maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure efficient property upkeep and timely repairs.
Prepare performance and occupancy reports, and track tenant satisfaction for internal management use.
Ensure all administrative procedures and documentation are maintained with precision and confidentiality.
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and

Experience in
