Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join a well-established and forward-thinking property team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in commercial property management who is either

currently working towards MRICS or keen to start the pathway

, with full support provided.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a varied commercial property portfolio, working closely with clients, tenants, and external consultants, while continuing to develop your technical and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of a mixed commercial property portfolio Acting as a key point of contact for tenants and clients Managing service charges, budgets, and reconciliations Supporting lease events including rent reviews, renewals, and re-gears Instructing and liaising with external agents and professional advisors Assisting with asset management initiatives and value-enhancing strategies Ensuring compliance with landlord and tenant legislation and best practice Conducting property inspections and overseeing maintenance issues

About You

Experience in commercial property management (or a related property role) Working towards MRICS, or motivated to begin the APC pathway Good understanding of landlord and tenant matters Strong communication and relationship management skills Organised, proactive, and keen to develop professionally Ability to manage workloads and priorities effectively RICS-accredited degree desirable but not essential (depending on pathway)
