The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Property & Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation and upkeep of our sites. This role focuses on the practical management of buildings -- ensuring they're safe, compliant, well-maintained, and running smoothly for our occupiers.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main on-site contact for occupiers, resolving operational and maintenance issues promptly. Plan, coordinate, and supervise contractors for both reactive and planned maintenance. Manage statutory compliance, including fire safety, electrical testing, water hygiene, and related certifications. Oversee cleaning, waste, security, and other soft services to maintain high presentation standards. Monitor service charge budgets, invoices, and maintenance records, with support from the finance team. Assist the wider team with information or access needed for leasing and finance purposes (no direct rent collection or sales responsibility).

About You

Proven experience in

property or facilities management

, ideally multi-occupancy or serviced environments. Strong understanding of

building systems, compliance obligations, and contractor management

. Confident managing budgets and maintenance schedules. Organised, practical, and proactive comfortable working independently across multiple sites. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a calm, professional manner.
