We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive
Commercial Property Manager
to join our growing team. The successful candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across the UK.
Frequent travel with occasional overnight stays is required
- all travel-related expenses will be covered by the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of commercial property sites including maintenance, tenant relations, rent collection, and lease compliance.
Coordinate refurbishments, repairs, and ongoing site inspections across multiple locations.
Assist with commercial development projects including planning applications, contractor coordination, and liaising with local authorities.
Ensure health & safety and legal compliance across all sites.
Maintain accurate records, budgets, and financial reporting.
Handle tenant onboarding and lease renewals.
Support residential property management tasks as needed.
Report directly to senior management on portfolio performance and strategy.
Attend regular site visits and inspections (UK-wide).
Meetings with architecture for planning and development.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial property management and development
.
Experience in residential property management is a strong plus
.
Excellent knowledge of property laws, leasing, budgeting, council rules and maintenance practices.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Must be
flexible with working hours
, including early mornings or late evenings where required.
Must own a car and hold a valid UK driving licence
.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Will to travel

What We Offer:

35,000 - 40,000 depending on experience
