Property Manager - Commercial Portfolio

Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to step into a client-side role managing a diverse commercial portfolio? This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading real estate investment firms, overseeing a range of modern, high-quality assets across the UK.

The Role

You'll play a key role in the day-to-day management of a commercial portfolio - ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and compliance across the estate. This role is to manage the companies South East portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting regular property inspections and tenant meetings. Overseeing service charge budgets, reconciliations, and expenditure. Managing planned and reactive maintenance, including contractor supervision. Ensuring all properties meet health & safety and statutory compliance standards. Overseeing lease management, including rent collection, assignments, and Licences for Alterations. Providing technical support to the in-house property helpdesk. Working collaboratively with the wider property team to drive portfolio performance and operational improvements.
