Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor in Leeds to handle property work including acquisitions and disposals and secured lending, and related matters for key NHS and private healthcare clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters for a highly rated team.
The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:* Handling commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals and secured lending for NHS and private healthcare providers

  • Conducting property due diligence on secured lending transactions in social care/independent health
  • Negotiating leases and managing landlord and tenant matters (acting for both landlord and tenants)
  • Investigating titles and reporting on title matters
  • Preparing and advising on deeds of easement, licences and tenancy at will
  • Providing property support on innovative contracting including joint ventures, alliances and partnering arrangements

The Commercial Property Solicitor should be / have;* A solicitor likely around 0-5 years' PQE in commercial property matters
  • Experienced in property due diligence, lease negotiation and secured lending work
  • Comfortable working on property corporate transactions and complex contractual arrangements
  • able to work in client-facing situations and able to influence and build relationships
  • Ties to Leeds

  • Competitive salary between 50,000 and 68,000 per annum.
