The Role
As a Commis Chef, you'll support the kitchen team in delivering consistently high-quality dishes. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with food preparation and service
Learning and working across different sections of the kitchen
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
Following recipes and presentation standards
Supporting senior chefs during busy services
Helping with stock rotation and kitchen organisation
What We're Looking For
A genuine interest in food and cooking
Willingness to learn and develop kitchen skills
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work well under pressure as part of a team
Basic kitchen experience is highly desirable but not necessarily essential for someone that demonstrates the right attitude -- training will be provided
