Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area. Assist in supervising kitchen staff and providing guidance during service. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Participate in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas. Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service throughout food preparation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably as a Chef de Partie or similar role. Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary skills. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Leadership qualities with experience in supervising or managing team members. A passion for cooking and delivering exceptional dining experiences. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
