We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to specified recipes and presentation standards Assist in food plating and garnishing to ensure visual appeal Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen station at all times Follow food safety and hygiene regulations diligently Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service periods Supervise junior staff and provide guidance on food preparation and safety procedures when necessary Manage inventory levels, report shortages, and assist with stock rotation Support the overall efficiency of the kitchen by adhering to health and safety protocols

Requirements

Proven experience in food production, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or hospitality environment Supervising experience or leadership qualities are highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy setting Excellent teamwork and communication skills Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are advantageous Previous experience in serving or hospitality roles is beneficial but not essential
