We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards Assist in food presentation and ensure dishes are served promptly and attractively Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including workstations and utensils Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment to management Support in training junior kitchen staff and supervising their activities when required Assist in menu planning and development as needed

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within a restaurant setting Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Supervising experience or leadership qualities to manage team members effectively Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure Good communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment Experience in food production, culinary techniques, and hospitality service Ability to demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive attitude at all times Previous serving experience is advantageous but not essential
