Job Title: Commission-Based Sales Executive (Remote)
About the Role
We're looking for a driven Commission Sales Executive to help us bring in new clients. This role is ideal for someone who wants strong recurring income tied directly to performance.
You'll earn 20% commission every month on each client you close, for 12 months.
There is no cap on earnings -- the more clients you bring in, the more you earn.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and identify potential clients through outbound and inbound channels
Pitch and sell our service to qualified leads
Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Build strong relationships with prospects and clients
Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and commissions
Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales and retention
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in sales (B2B or B2C; SaaS experience is a plus)
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Results-oriented with a long-term mindset
Ability to understand and clearly communicate value
Compensation
20% commission per client
Paid monthly for 12 months per client
Uncapped earnings (no limit on number of clients)
