Communications Coordinator
on a 9-month fixed-term contract. In this part-time role, you'll help deliver campaigns, update communication channels, and support engagement with both internal and external stakeholders.
You'll play a vital role in raising awareness of our services and priorities, while ensuring our communication is timely, inclusive, and impactful.

As a Communications Coordinator, you'll support day-to-day communications activities across our organisation. You'll help us maintain high-quality content on our website and social media, contribute to internal messaging, and support events and campaigns that promote our strategic priorities.

What you'll be doing
Act as the first point of contact for communications-related enquiries
Support the development and delivery of internal and external campaigns, publications, and digital content
Maintain and update communication platforms, including the website, intranet, and social media channels
Help plan, coordinate, and promote corporate and community events
Deliver internal support through a communications service desk
Assist in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships using effective engagement methods
Contribute to the development and improvement of internal systems and processes
Promote inclusive, accessible, and customer-focused communication across all channels
Ensure communications follow health and safety standards where appropriate
What we're looking for
We're looking for a confident communicator with strong digital, organisational, and interpersonal skills who can support a wide range of communication activities in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with an awareness of inclusive communication
Confidence using digital platforms, including websites, intranets, and social media
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage a range of stakeholders
Great organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
