We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our small team to lead 2 areas for us.
The development, delivery, and management of high-quality, standardised client-facing materials
The development of a digital strategy and the creation and co-ordination of content across relevant media platforms to build our brand and improve our digital presence.
An interest in the construction industry is desirable but most importantly you will need creative writing skills and a good working knowledge of marketing and creative software. You will work closely with our Engineers to ensure all documents and deliverables use market leading publishing products and are of the best quality according to our QMS and in line with the company's objectives and brand.
Stream 1
The role will be responsible for selecting the relevant tools and creating, managing and standardising high quality content for our customers and clients. They will champion and co-ordinate improvements in our standard documentation and progress the development, management and standardisation of high quality, client facing materials. The technical content will be provided by our Engineers and this role will be responsible for the delivery and production of the following outputs:
Creation of Marketing materials and tender returns - CVs, Capability Statements
Copywriter for compiling reference project information and standard company information
Quality Assurance of standard reports, design notes and other technical project deliverables
Assist with recruitment opportunities
Stream 2
The role will be responsible for the promotion of our business and content through the relevant digital channels to enhance visibility of our brand in our Industry. Skills in content and digital strategy are necessary as well as the ability to produce the materials and content necessary to promote and improve our presence on the relevant channels.
Content Creation of Information videos and marketing posts
Website improvements and social media management
SEO optimisation
