Role Overview
We're seeking a passionate and people-focussed
Community
Engagement Executive
to join our growing team. This role will be the voice of our brand across key eCommerce channels, ensuring our community feels valued, informed, and excited to engage with us. You'll be responsible for managing customer inboxes, providing timely, informed and helpful responses, and leading engaging TikTok Lives that showcase our products, boost sales, and build strong connections with our audience.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is confident on camera, skilled in social selling, and eager to create memorable experiences that convert followers into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
Community Management
Manage and respond to customer messages and queries across all eCommerce channels with professionalism and warmth.
Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure every customer has a positive experience with our brand.
Monitor inboxes to identify common themes and feedback, sharing insights with the wider team.
TikTok Live Hosting & Social Selling
Plan and host regular, engaging TikTok Lives to showcase products, educate customers, and drive sales.
Confidently present products, highlight key benefits, and use storytelling to connect with audiences.
Maintain energy, positivity, and authenticity on camera to keep viewers engaged.
Track performance of live sessions and suggest improvements to maximise reach and conversion.
Brand Advocacy
Embody our brand values in all customer interactions and content.
Help foster a supportive, loyal online community.
Collaborate with marketing and eCommerce teams to align messaging and campaigns.
Undertake promotional duties in the local area to promote the shop.
What We're Looking For
Skills & Experience
Excellent written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills - comfortable and engaging on camera.
Previous experience in customer service, community management, or social selling (TikTok Shop, Instagram Live, etc.) preferred.
Understanding of eCommerce channels and online sales processes.
Creative, proactive, and able to think on your feet during live sessions.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple inboxes efficiently.
Data-driven mindset, able to review engagement and sales performance to optimise activity.
Soft Skills
A people-person who thrives on engaging with customers.
Confident, dynamic, and charismatic - especially in live video environments.
Passionate about building communities and driving growth through authentic connections.
A self-starter who can balance customer service with sales-focused initiatives.
