Our Rehabilitation Support Workers work alongside neuro-therapists to help people regain skills and quality of life after a life-changing injury. The role involves doing interesting activities and working with the team to find creative solutions. No two days are the same!

We support individuals who have suffered life changing injuries to regain their skills, confidence and independence to maximise their quality of life and independence. The Outreach Rehabilitation Support Workers work alongside an individual's neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies. We don't need people with vast care experience, as we provide full training. What we need is a variety of different types of people who are kind, grounded, proactive people who love working in a positive creative team.

As this role is in the community supporting individuals in our own homes, community and workplaces it it essential to be a driver and care owner. The role involves working on a varied rota including weekend work in the Sheffield 6 and Stocksbridge areas.

Full training is given for this role, and we have excellent career development programmes and opportunities.

The role would suit both individuals looking for a complete career change or those looking working towards a career in Social Care, Neuro-Psychology, Neuro-OT, Neuro-SLT or Neuro-physiotherapy.
