Job Responsibilities

Work within the integrated health and social community mental health team (MHWT-West). Provide brief interventions and conduct assessments. Undertake core assessments and manage short-term keyworking responsibilities. Offer long-term keyworking support for clients under the Care Programme Approach (CPA). Assist the team by covering duties within the Duty team.

Person Specifications

Strong understanding of community mental health services. Experience in conducting assessments and providing interventions. Ability to manage both short-term and long-term client relationships. Excellent team collaboration skills. Flexibility to support various team duties as needed.
